Your data will be processed in the following areas:
Provision of the website / website visit
Each time our website is called up, our system, i.e. the web server, automatically collects information from the system of the calling computer or end device of the visitor.
The following data is collected by us in this process: Information about the browser type and version used; operating system of the end device, the Internet service provider and IP address of the user; date and time of access; the previous website from which the visitor arrives at our website.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interests). In addition, this data processing is necessary in order to provide the visitor with the service he expressly requested (display and functioning of the website) (§ 165 para. 3 TKG).
As a rule, we do not pass on this data, but in the event of an attack or illegal access, we do pass it on, for example, to technical experts or security authorities. In the course of operating our website, we commission external (marketing/IT) service providers who may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, insofar as they require the data to perform their respective services (e.g. Persolista GmbH, Linz). The website is hosted by ALL-INCL.com, Friedersdorf (DE).
The aforementioned data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case after 14 days at the latest.

If third parties process information via cookies, they collect the information directly from your browser. Various types of cookies are used on our website, the type and function of which are explained in more detail below. In principle, you can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly or by setting it to accept only certain cookies. In this case, you may no longer be able to use all the functions of our website. You can also delete cookies already stored in your browser via your browser settings.
At http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices, you can analyze which cookies are being used on your computer and deactivate them individually or in their entirety. This is an offer from the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
Tool for database integration; interface setup (Zapier)
For the integration of various databases and web tools, the responsible party uses Zapier, a service of Zapier Inc, 548 Market St #62411, San Francisco, California 94104, USA. When using Zapier, data is transmitted to the USA, depending on the information you disclose. We have concluded an order processing contract with Zapier in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. You can find more information about data protection at Zapier at. https://zapier.com/privacy/.
We use this tool within the framework of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) in an economic and efficient design and optimization of our offer, or so that you can use the function you want (§ 165 para. 3 TKG).
Special notice: Data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The USA is considered an unsafe third country. For more details, see "Recipients".
Use chatbot
For the communication option via chatbot, the service of the provider Hello Umi S.L, Valencia (ES), www.landbot.io is used. The use of the chatbot takes place without the entry of personal data of the user. However, in the course of use, for technical reasons, the IP address and the other data mentioned in the section "Collection of personal data when visiting the website" are transmitted to the provider in order to provide the service. The same applies to the selection you make during use or the data you actively provide. If you do not wish such data transfer, you should refrain from using the chatbot.
You can obtain more detailed information on data processing at the provider under:
https://landbot.io/terms-conditions/index.html
The use is based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to communicate with applicants or interested parties in a simple and direct way, or on the basis of § 165 para. 3 TKG, as a service that you expressly request through active use.
Your communication via chatbot, as well as usage data, i.e. chat duration, time, are stored for the duration of potential follow-up questions, depending on the type of request.
Special notice: Data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out due to the integration of fonts (Google Fonts, see point 6.). The USA is considered an unsafe third country. More details under "Recipients".
Integration fonts - Google Fonts
Furthermore, as part of the integration of the chatbot, fonts and other content are downloaded from servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. These are accesses to the Google Fonts and Google Cloud services. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts to display texts and fonts correctly. This results, among other things, in the transmission of the IP address. This is done in order to be able to ensure an appealing and correct display of the chatbot used, and in this respect is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, or is necessary in order to use the service you requested (§ 165 (3) TKG). You can find out more information about Google's data protection here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Special notice: Data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The USA is considered an unsafe third country. Google has concluded standard contractual clauses in connection with such data transfers: https: //policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks?hl=de. More details under "Recipients".

Analysis/Statistics Tools
10.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland or Google LLC, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by these cookies, for example about the time, place and frequency of your use of this website, is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there, or this cannot be ruled out. When using Google Analytics, it cannot be ruled out that the cookies set by Google Analytics may also collect other personal data in addition to the IP address. Please note that Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. This website uses the IP anonymization option offered by Google Analytics. Your IP address will therefore be shortened/anonymized by Google as soon as Google receives your IP address.
Google will use the information generated by cookies on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. In these purposes (especially improvement of our offer and web presence) also lies our legitimate interest in data processing. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest) or your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 165 para. 3 TKG. The data about website usage will be deleted after 14 months.
According to Google's own information, the IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Targeting tools
11.1 Facebook Pixel (Tracking)
We use the Facebook pixel from Facebook Inc, USA on our website. For this purpose, we have implemented a code on our website. The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions that allow Facebook to track your user actions if you came to our website via Facebook ads. For example, when you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies allow Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with your Facebook account data. The collected data is anonymous and not visible to us and can only be used in the context of ad placements. If you yourself are a Facebook user and are logged in, the visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account.
We want to show our services or products only to those people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. Thus, Facebook users (if they have allowed personalized advertising) get to see suitable advertising. Furthermore, Facebook uses the collected data for analysis purposes and its own advertisements. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent), as well as on the basis of § 165 para. 3 TKG (consent), and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in targeted advertising and analysis of the effect and efficiency of advertising).
"In connection with the Facebook Pixel, we act as joint controller with Facebook (Facebook Ireland, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR. More information on this as well as on the main content of the joint controller agreement is provided by Facebook Ireland at. https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/businesstool/jointprocessing as well as https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/businesstools and https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum provided. Under the Supplemental Agreement, Facebook is responsible for enabling the rights of data subjects under Articles 15-20 of the GDPR."
For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, as well as on your rights and options, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
Alternatively, you can deactivate the personalized ads in your Facebook settings at www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook. You can also prevent cookies from being stored by setting your browser software accordingly.
If you are logged in to Facebook, you can change your settings for advertisements yourself at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. If you are not a Facebook user, you can basically manage your usage-based online advertising on http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/. There you have the option to disable or enable providers. You can also prevent cookies from being stored by setting your browser software accordingly.
If you want to learn more about Facebook's privacy policy, we recommend that you read the company's own data policy at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
Special notice: Data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The USA is considered an unsafe third country. Facebook has concluded standard contractual clauses in connection with such data transfers: https: //www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum. For more details, see "Recipients".
Hyperlinks
On our website there are so-called hyperlinks to websites of other providers (e.g. to Facebook, Youtube). When activating these hyperlinks, you will be redirected from our website directly to the website of the other provider. You will recognize this, among other things, by the change of the URL that is displayed in your browser. We cannot assume any responsibility for the confidential handling of your data on these third-party websites, as we have no influence on whether these companies comply with data protection regulations. Please inform yourself about the handling of your personal data by these companies directly on these websites.
Recipient:
The data will only be passed on to the recipients named within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes. In principle, there is no intention to transfer data to a third country (outside the EU), if such a transfer takes place in individual cases, this will be done taking into account the requirements of data protection law.
Special note with regard to possible data transfers to the USA:
The EU-US Privacy Shield agreement is no longer a valid legal basis for the transfer of personal data to the USA.
The U.S. is therefore considered a non-secure third country from a data protection perspective. This is due to the fact that the legal situation in the USA and the powers of the US intelligence services do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that in the EU. Your data may be accessed without you being informed or being able to take legal action against this. In this respect, there is a risk for persons affected by the data transfer.
A legally compliant transfer of data to the U.S. would in principle be possible on the basis of standard contractual clauses, with which the respective U.S. data recipient undertakes to guarantee an appropriate level of data protection. However, since these contractual agreements are also opposed by U.S. intelligence powers, additional measures would have to be taken for protection. It is currently unclear which measures would be sufficient to achieve adequate protection.
Against this background, we also obtain your consent before using a US tool, where possible, and provide information about the specific risk situation.
Rights:
In principle, the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability exist. Insofar as the processing is based on consent, the right exists to revoke the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.
There is also a right of appeal to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority(www.dsb.gv.at).
If data is processed by us on the basis of legitimate interests, there is a right of objection in this respect. If you exercise your right to object, we will no longer process the personal data unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will in any case no longer be used for these purposes.
